New Contract no service

New contract taken out on 26 Jan 2013. After 1 week the phone were still not working (Unable to make calls). I went into Vaalpark Autopage and informed them of the problem. If a call was made is would immediately disconnect. They could not resolve the problem. Error message "Subscriber not found" appeared. For the next 3 weeks I contacted the personnel of Autopage Vaalpark and nobody in the store could resolve the problem. On 23 Feb 2013 a Sims swap were done at Autopage Vaalpark to try and resolve the problem but it did not help at all. On 25 Feb 2013 when I phoned Autopage Vaalpark to tell them the problem still exists they informed me there is nothing they can do and that I should phone (011) 6505111 Autopage JHB. Codes were given by Vodacom/Autopage to try to get the phone working. Today 1/3/13 the phone seems to be registered on the network but now it shows that there are no airtime available. What happened to the airtime of Feb 2013 and where is the airtime of March 2013 (Contract phone) I am paying for a service that I am not receiving and it seems that nobody can or what to solve this problem. I want Autopage to resolve this.
