I went to Cell C Brooklyn on 19/01/2013 to apply for the iPhone 5 16 GB on Straight Up 200. I filled out a contract for this deal and I was told that the iPhone 5 16 GB was out of stock and that they will be receiving stock on Thursday that following week and that they will phone me in the week to keep me updated.
They didn't phone me so I phoned them on the Thursday and another consultant told me that they are having difficulty receiving stock from Apple and that they do not know when they will be receiving stock and they don't know what stock they will be receiving. They still advertise the iPhone 5 16 GB on their website on a different deal but they still have a waiting list for the previous deal, they're setting them selves up to fail.
I have been phoning them every week since I have applied for the phone and every week they tell me the same story, that they don't know when they will receive stock and what stock they will receive.
How is it possible that they are the only cellular company that is having trouble receiving stock from Apple???
Can someone please get back to me asap. because I am going to EXPLODE from frustration.
