Cellphone at repair center since mid January 2013

My device didn't want to read sim card and was sent for repair on 16/01. I got sms from the service center that it is with them on 18/01 (Ref: 8394930)

On 22/01 I got a sms that the device is still with the authorised service center (Ref: 8394930)

On 25/01 I got a sms that the device has been couriered and should be available for collection within two days.(Ref: 8394930)

Upon collection of my device I was informed that is had not been fixed due to liquid damage. As I know that this phone has never been in contact with liguid to cause it damage, I requested proof of the said damage.
I was sent three photo's which are very poor quality and there is nothing on the photos to confirm that it was actually my device in the pictures.

The rep in the Kimberley shop was also sceptical of the so called water damage and it was returned to the service center.

Only 15/02 I got a sms that the device is with the technical dept (Ref nr: 8519237)

On 27/02 I phoned the Kimberley branch, was told that phone not fixed due to liquid damage, AGAIN!!!

From other complaints on this site it appears to be the standard excuse for not fixing phones.

Your urgent attention is needed.
