THIS IS MY 3RD COMPLAINT ON HELLOPETER ABOUT THIS

I submitted complaints on hellopeter on 6 Aug and 23 Oct of last year, but still the matter is not resolved! My internet signal on my Blackberry goes off in the afternoon and then it usually stays off until the next morning. I have a Cell C contract with Autopage Cellular for the past 10 years now, but nobody seems to be able or wanting to help me to resolve this matter. We phoned Autopage, they informed us to call Cell C, which we did. Cell C then informed us to call Autopage, as they are my service provider. Tonight I switched my sim with someone else with MTN, and then in HIS phone, my sim showed a 3G signal. He put his sim in my phone, and it also showed a 3G signal. We then swopped the sim-cards back to our own phones, and immediately my phone showed "edge" (no signal).

I feel I should go to another network or service provider, who could give better customer service.
