I had complained about the service i had previously received from Oren he gave me valid reason why this had happened and then went out of his way to rectify the issue, i applaud his composure and work ethic. I am very grateful that he did not let the complaint fall on deaf ears. Shows excellent management skills! Thank you Oren!
