UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICE

I have cancelled the same contract 6 times. They decline to comment that if they check the phone records on the phone 3 months before the actual cancellation they would see the phone was not in use. During this period I visited the branch in Randfontein, sent faxes and eventually got the contract cancelled on 2 Aug 2012 only to find out that the contract was only cancelled 28 Aug and again i was billed for the month. So because of incompetence I had to pay 3 extra debit order payments as every time that i was under the impression the contract was cancelled, another debit order came through. To top this, i applied for credit in Feb only to find out that I have been listed by Autopage. There is now another R 203 outstanding. So after speaking to the call centre, back and forth between cancellations and accounts, i now have to pay as there is no previous history of the million times i tried to cancel. So i will now pay this amount to clear my name but just to warn anyone who is looking to use autopage about my experience. Thank you for my money and the embarresment of someone turning me down because you listed me without even a courtesy phone call.
