After us and the client asking Afrihost over 5 times via telephone and emails to assist with domain transfer / to accept the domain tickets to the new hosting server company, they simply ignored our emails and conversations.
Here is proof of the email tickets we used but we also phoned and emailed them without any response:

The domains name is [URL Removed] -> We spoke to Uniforum SA they said you are administering the domain in a different way and thus have to transfer the ticket over to our new nameservers.
If no response is received to this email, further steps including loss of business will be taken.
