Not correctly reporting to credit bureau's

Credit bureau report was incorrect - displayed an arrears amount that had been paid up over two years ago. Vodacom promises to fix, two months pass.. not fixed, call again, promised a letter that we can send to bureau's.. no letter ever arrives..call again.. shunted from call center, to legal, to accounts, back to legal, to collections and call dropped... call again.. "it will be sorted" .. we are now sitting with seven months of this rubbish and wasted time and still it's not fixed. We then queried it with the credit bureau's so that it could be fixed from their side. it's fixed on one report and on another Vodacom says we are still paying and it will be removed when balance is 0??!!! we have ongoing accounts with Vodacom, we pay monthly, they are not in arrears and have nothing to do with the "arrears amount" showing on the report.. I start to call Vodacom again and am shunted to one incorrect dep after the next for an hour!!! I've had it.
