Is it possible to talk to someone intelligent?

I have a problem in that I get spammed from MTN, from a nr 43911. I complained, and was twice told it is not MTN's problem, it is my problem, and I must sort it out. The last response I got from a Veronica was

Unfortunately you are liable for this service as the registration thereof is completely voluntary. Also note that we do not have agreements with these companies as the billing solely gets traced back to the fact that you have registered for the service with your MTN number.

MTN, is it possible that you can just read, and try and understand what I say. I DID NOT SUBSCRIBE TO ANY SERVICE, WITH ANY WASP, OR ANY ENTITY ANYWHERE, FROM MY MTN NR. Can you grasp what I say, or is the concept to difficult to understand.

And what service am I liable for, I recieve no service, I receive SPAM. I have nothing to do with any other WASP company out there, my bussiness is with MTM. The WASPS break the law, and spam me, and you want to hold me responsible,

Is it remotely possible to understand my problem. YOU MAKE THEM STOP, WHY IS IT MY PROBLEM.
