I submitted a complaint against Vodacom on 09 Feb at 15h00 and received an automated reply on Hellopeter website at 18h44 the same day saying that someone would respond to my complaint. Today it is 27 Feb and I am still waiting for their response - so it looks good on the website that they have responded, but in actual fact they have not responded at all. Perhaps Hellopeter should not allow auto responses from "Companies that respond" because it creates the false impression that they have answered when in fact they have not.
