R199 pm Internet Contract for 24 months with 8ta

I receive 10 Gig data for R199 pm. I took out the contract on 31 July 2011. Every month I paid R199 per debit order. All of a sudden on 31 December 2012 a debit order of R1 499.00 was debited for 8ta internet. I went to the bank on 02 January 2013 and asked them to help and they suggested that I reverse the debit order. On 15 January 2013 I got a notification on my phone that I must ensure that an amount of R2 998.00 will be debited from my account. I deliberately did not transfer funds into my bank account as I realized that someone was frauding my bank account. The debit order bounced and I had to pay a fee of plus minus R15 for it. On 25 January 2013 I got a notification on my phone again that there was a debit order of R2 998.00 which will be debited from my account. I did not transfer any money into my bank account and the debit order bounced again. On 31 January 2013 when my salary was paid, R2 998.00 was debited from my account. I again reversed the debit order at my bank on 6 February 2013. I realize that I owe them the R199 per month for December and January but they did not want to take the cash from me. They say I must pay the full amount and that I have used the data.
