Good service gone BAD!

Hi,
A week and a half ago I returned a faulty MF10 Router to the Cell C store in Centurion Mall. Vincint assisted me by booking in the unit for repairs. I explained to him at that point in time that I require to purchase the modem for the unit as well as both were damaged. I was happy with the assistance that I received at this point in time.

I received a call from Vincint yesterday afternoon to say that the unit was ready for collection. I left work a bit earlier than normal to go to the store to collect the unit. Got to the store and to my surprise the unit was replaced with a new one. Wow, great customer service! So I ask to buy the modem that is compatible with this ZTE router and was informed that they were out of stock and I should try the store in the lower end of the mall. Tried that store and was informed that the modems were discontinued.

Long story short is that I got a beautifull router and I cant use it and the store management distanced them selves from this as they say it is head office and not them. They refused to assist me with this completely!!! didnt even want to try and find me a router. The staff in the store dont know how to deal with customers!!! BAD
