I took my phone in on the 17th February 2012, 1 week later i phoned them, not they me, and my phone was still mot repaired, i went in to see the lady, and she said that my phone had water damage, but exactly the same to 3 other customers on that exact day, they expect me to Pay another R2058 to replace my phone, but then i find out it is a rebuild phone, not even to mention that i baught the phone at an expense cost at vodacom. My phone is still under warranty, but they refuse to fix my phone. I DEMAND REPLACEMENT from vodacom, i am very very unhappy, due that they did not even touch my phone.
I have the following problems with the phone:
The speaker
The keypad double types
The mute button
The charging unit doess not function properly
The sound qquality is bad
The scroller not working properly
The volume buttons not working
Sodtware update reqquired
Phone switches off byself
Camera doesnt work
I am very unhappy about this!
Please can someone assist me with this, i want a new phone due to they self said it is too expesive to repair the cellphone, and it under warranty, i am not paying a cent! I paid enough to buy the phone.
