BAD SERVICE

Not too sure who I can talk to regarding the shocking service I have been getting from Cell C Clear Water mall.
I opened a new cell phone contract in mid Jan 2013 with the new Iphone 5. My phone since then has been giving endless hassles with the battery life. I must have called the store about 100 times, every time a consultant telling me they will get back to me. As per usual no one would call me back. I must have used nearly all my free minutes calling so many times. I eventually got hold of Shaun who is the store manager who promised me he would give me service. I told him it was unacceptable for me to have to call over and over again with no one getting back to me. He agreed with me on that point and promised to sort it out. I then sent my phone in for repairs with Shaun promising me he would keep me up to date as to what is happening. Again, I had to call over and over again asking what is going on. Not a word from Shaun. I went into the store on Saturday to ask what the status of my phone was. I was told that the phone has been exchanged and will be delivered either Monday or Tuesday. I called about four times yesterday 25 Feb 2013 with yet another consultant promising me
