On 25 January 2013 I gave my phone in at the store, because the phone freezes and then doesn't want to work. They said it would take 15 working days (21 days) and it is now 23 working days (33 days) and still no phone. I phoned about 3 times to follow up, each time they said I must be patient and wait 21 days. On day 21 I phoned and they couldn't tell me where my phone was, but said it would take one more week. The next day I got an sms from Vodacom repair centre Cresta with a job number. When I phoned them they said they only received the phone the previous day. When I tried to follow up again, the lady at Vodacom Riversquare was clearly irritated and told me they are just the middleman and I must be patient. That was a week ago. I still don't have a phone or an idea of when I will get my phone.
