I am not very happy with the recent service received from Cell c, firstly it took more than a week for them to deliver my phone, as no one informed me that no 3rd party is allowed to sign for the phone, then why send the courier during the week, during working hours without making delivery arrangements, secondly I specifically asked for a white phone and they sent a black one, when I phoned to find out why, they tell me that the consultant should have told me that the colour is not guaranteed, surely if i'm paying for the phone I should have the right to choose the colour, when i finnaly got through to someone willing to assist I was told they had no stock. Not impressed at all, I should rather have changed to another service provider.
