I decided to change from Vodacom to Cell C in order to upgrade from my iPhone 4 to the new iPhone 5 contract that was being advertised. It seems like an awesome deal...

The lady that I initially dealt with took down all my necessary details to see if I was legible for the contract, which I was... I proceeded to do all the rest of the necessities in order to get my new iPhone delivered. The lady asked whether I wanted the White or Black version, which I chose White. She did however inform me that the White is a little more scarce than the Black & could take slightly longer to be delivered, which I was fine with. She then told me that when the courier brings the phone, I must check that it is the right colour because a lot of the time they deliver the wrong one! Um ok...

So, after 2.5 weeks of waiting the courier arrived, but with the wrong phone and I sent it back with him on the same day. It's now 6 weeks from my initial "signup" and still no phone. Come on Cell C, if you guys send out all the wrong phones practically everyday, surely your courier costs must go through the roof and of course wasting LOADS of cash.

I would like to get this matter sorted out URGENTLY!!!
