I recieved a letter from mtn stating that i can upgarde as from 4-3-2013 on tel no 0833930345. I phoned the call centre on 0831808 to make sure about it. They told me that i can only upgrade as from 1-4-2013. I asked them if it will help if i bring the mtn letter along and they said no as the system is only showing upgrade from 1-4-2013. How is this then possable that i received a letter from mtn with false information. This is false advertising or false information leading to confusion and bad service and a unhappy client.
