I am really growing tired of the service and the phone CellC is providing me, in 2 and a half months three defective phones have been given to me. The first I had a day and it stopped working, the second I had 14 days and the I had to wait for more than a month just to get the third phone. The third phone was not even a week old and started having problems like completely shutting down (for hours at a time).
I really feel like cellC is starting to do this on purpose and have no idea why, I am paying for a contract I can not use because every time the phone is sent in I am sitting without a phone for 30 days. I really feel it is pathetic and how many times do I have to complain.
I am willing to pay the difference that is needed on my contract to get the Blackberry Bold but I really feel like they don't take you into account. I mean I can't work like this and every time I get the same phone back. I am sure I am not asking to much in saying that I want a phone that will actually work for me, I want the Blackberry Bold and will pay the difference.
Hope this time my complaint will actually be taken seriously!!!
