After loosing a Blackberry, finding the phone after blacklisted and trying for a week to get the un-blacklisting form from Vodacom 082111 4 times, I proceeded to a Vodacom shop to get the documentation to un-blacklist the phone.
The shop faxed it to the CIC to un-blacklist it. 8 days later and 2 escalations and on hold/phone for 65 minutes), no un-blacklisted phone or contact with anyone other than call centre agents.
