Hello there, I am already have a contract with cell c and I have been with cell c for about 9 years. I added a data contract on saturday, and I have been experiencing problems with my data and coverage, my coverage fluctautes all the time, I would be on my couch and get HSPA and immediately get GPRS coverage but at times when I try to access the internet on my phone, nothing happens, pages dont load, I do not recieve messages on whatsapp, when I try use apps like instagram, flipboard, facebook, skype etc nothing happens. I stay in centurion and it seems as tho the coverage is very bad here, I have not been able to use my phone for almost 5 hours this evening, and I have more than enough data bundles, when I insert an 8ta simcard everything works just fine, this has been happening everyday since I got this data contract.
Can someone please advise as to whats happening
