Vodacom

On the 1st of Feb 13 i went to make a payment at Vodacom Zevenwacht for two contracts that i have with Vodacom, there was a consultant by the name Leandre Wildschutt she was very friendly i handed over my payment for 2 accounts which was R300. I did not notice that she took a payment of 1 contract only, after a few days i started top receiving messages from vodacom that my account was in arrears. i then went back to double if my account was in arrears then she confirmed with me that everything was in order. i took her word as the Vodacom employee. Only to realise that she charged me for 1 account only and pocketed the other R150 i discovered that when i went to the store for the third times because i kept on receiving messages that my account was in arrears. the worst is the consultant resigned after my money
