I upgraded a contract of which I took delivery of a new device on Tuesday, 8 January 2013. I did a sim-swap to nano SIM on the same day and the number was back on network same day but the following day. While I could dial outgoing calls, I could not receive calls and sms messages from the following day.

I reported this matter from Thursday, 10 January 2013 but till now Vodacom has not been responsible in anyway. Despite a promise to resolve the matter within 24 hour, I had to call numerous times to ask for them to attend to the matter. Till this day my number is still not available on network. I'm worried. I'm cut off the network.
