I did put a complain about Telkom ADSL Router, just a quick recap. I have a problem with my Router and Telkom told me I must go to Telkom Direct, the nearest Telkom Direct store are 200km from Piet Retief. Telkom did respond on the complain, their Accounts department phoned me back and they did give me credit for the 10days without Internet, but still I am struggling to get a router from telkom. It will cost me R600 for petrol to go to the nearest Telkom direct Store, why why do they phone me for ADSL if they can't give me any service. I told telkom that I am at work during the day, but still the technician went to my house en do not leave any message or telephone nr, he only tell my lady at home that I must go to telkom Piet Retief, I did that twice and nobody, nobody could help me. So I am still struggling with the router.
