I upgraded my cellc contract to a blackberry 9380 on 08/07/2012, my phone was the same day, i blacklisted the phone and somehow managed to get the phone back. i have ontacted and visited cellc many times regarding unblacklisting of my phone and up till this very day i am still paying for a phone which is still blacklisted,
i have given all the documentation to the cellc phoenix branch and they have done absolutely nothing to help me. i have emailed the unblacklisting form to cell c customer service as well. please contact me urgently regarding this matte
