The problems with the ADSL started on 8th February when my clients ADSL line started to drop intermittently.
Logged a call with Telkom Ref No: 459CRK080213 and it kept dropping over the weekend. The call then automatically "resolved itself" so I was forced to log another call on Monday 11th February.

I called Telkom at least 3 times a day for the last 2 weeks trying to get this line sorted. They kept saying nothing was wrong with the line.
Eventually last week Friday a technician was dispatched. He did something to the cable on the inside of the office, and then after I showed him the problem he referred it to the Telkom Network Department. Gloria and Bradley then called me, made changes and it was a bit better but not fixed. Last weekend it was still dropping. I keep calling Telkom to get the usual response from the call centre "Its with the technical department". But nothing happens. On Monday the line was completely dead for a day with no response from Telkom.
This problem is still not resolved and its now the 22nd. Line drops constantly. My client has grown very impatient as have I and seriously off that Telkom just cannot get back to me!!!
