You have to Pay For our mistake

During November 2012 -I was interested in a Telkom Broadband Deal -and was told to go to My Nearest Telkom Direct store to conclude it

On The 1dec 2012 I went to the Telkom Direct Store in Hatfield and After Getting all the information -decided against it -the lady insured me that she had cancelled the Deal and send an E Mail

On The 11 Dec I Received my Account -Witch now showed I had been Billed for Dec and Jan for 5GB -I immediately phoned Telkom -And Again I was told -That it was cancelled -and that it would be removed from My Acc

On the 31/12/2012 The Whole Amount went of my acc -and Again I went to Telkom -a was them put thru to Sandra Msinanga -who told me -Because it only show 11/122012 on Telkom's system -I have to pay for Dec -Even thou it's not my mistake -and the more I tried to explain to her the more rude she become -and told me ill pay for dec!
