Mweb limiting uncapped usage

Me and my landlord have been sharing a mweb uncapped line for the past 3.5 years. Usage has always been high, but recently mweb has started complaining. Upon investigating the nature of their complaint, it seems they are not bothered by the data downloaded, but rather the time spent on their network other users of service. We have a 2mb shaped account, meaning that mweb all ready throttles our traffic during peak time. They now want us to change to a unshaped account (almost 3x more costly), then we may use the line as we please. Seems to me that mweb is now trying to force us to the higher price plan to make some more money. They keep waving their usage policy at us, yet I don't think they understand what shaped uncapped means. Uncapped means I can download/surf/stream as much as i like and shaped means the ISP (mweb) will give priority to important traffic and limit other traffic during peak time. If you have to many clients to manage this, don't make it my problem.
