I am very unhappy with service received from Vodacom. I contacted Vodacom on the 13th of February with regards to my upgrade query and still no feedback, i phone everyday for an update and to find out what is happening and all im told is we will get back to you but no one does and no one can tell me anything. I need this resolved asap as i am very unhappy with Vodacom and will gladly cancel my contract and go elsewhere. I have been a vodacom customer for 15 years with many cellphones and different packages But this is ridiculous.
