Can't cancel my contract for the phone I dont have

Dear MTN

I upgraded to a Nokia Lumia 920 back in December 2012 but the phone was broken so returned it within 7 days for a refund.
After numerous calls to the the shop and promises that I'll be called back the same day I finally got someone at MTN Century City to process my cancellation in February 2013.

My problem now is that although the contract was canceled, I'm still being charged an inflated "Promo fee" (Lumia 920 vs Nokia N8) and I was also charged an upgrade fee again on my 20/02/2013 invoice.

I called MTNSP just now and they said I will have to contact the store and ask them to "reverse my package" as well as "pass a credit".

My old promo fee (Nov 2012) was R113.16 (vat excl)
My current promo fee (Des'12 - Feb'12) is R183.33 (vat excl)
There was also another upgrade charge of R92.10 (vat excl) (I also paid an upgrade charge cash in store December 2012)

So by my calculation I will need to be refunded for the difference in promo fees for 3 months as well as the upgrade charge (s).

I tried to contact the store but the number on your (useless compared to 8ta/Vodacom/CellC) website have no answer and the email address don't exist.
