I am absolutely horrified and disgusted and the service I have received from MTN in the last week. I have been a client with MTN for 13 years and the way the treat their clients is not acceptable at all. I applied for a 3G last week Saturday in store, on Monday I had not heard anything so I called the store at 15:00 to which I was advised nothing had happened - and the attitude received from the person was disgusting, he did not care that i was furious - I laid a complaint against him and the store with MTN head office on Monday and suprise suprise still no respone. I also received a call on Monday from MTN advising me that I was due for an upgrade - I explained that this was not possible as I upgraded last year March - he apologized and advised me that their system was not up to date - guess what I got another call from Pearl today telling me congratulations you are due for an upgrade - really??? Pearl's attitude left very little to be desired to say the least. I am tired of this and I am moving my contract to a company who knows what is going on.
