SICK AND TIRED OF BAD SERVICE AND REFURBISHED BLACKBERRIES! My BB touch screen curve 9380 has been in 5 times for repairs now and everytime it comes back worse! and every time, i get a new refurbished phone with new bbm pin and, and! and all this inconvenience driving up and down communicating with a shop manager that has a now CARE attitude!!! ive never had a problem with my BB 9300, 3why now all this with my BB touch screen curve? i am at a point where i dont phone or go to the shop any more because i might just get locked up. so i have had 5 refurbished phones in the last 5 months!!! hello wake - up man... this problem needs to be sorted ASAP! and i never want this BB touch screen curve 9380 again. I demand a new phone, good service and a caring attitude! is that too much to ask? ive been a loyal customer of vodacom for yearssss now and i have never skipped a payment... theres nothing wrong with my money!!! why do i have to struggle like this!!?? NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER OF VODACOM ANYMORE!!!
