I had a contract with MTN which I could not pay due to unemployment. I then got a job were I am working now and an agent from Direct Channel called me on behalf of MTN I then agreed to pay the money and they sent me a settlement letter, the person who sent it to me was Daniel Mount. I them paid the money in full my ref is Ref:07863363.
I have been calling direct channel for the Clearance letter since then but I am not receiving the letter, but when they wanted their money they called me everyday. when I call their call centre I stay on hold for more than an hour and no one responds.
What kind of a call centre keeps a person on hold for so long? I have called the MTN call centre as well and they say I must speak to DCC.
I need the clearance letter as proof that i have paid them in full.
