False Upgrade

On Saturday 16/02/2013 i received a call from CellC direct telling me that i can do an upgrade. I went through the entire process even choosing the phone i wanted and was even told that i will receive the phone within within 7 to 14 days. I phoned cellc (084145) yesterday to see if i could get the tracking no but was told that there no upgrade on the system. i then phoned a girl named Lerisa on 140 number. after some time checking i was told that there is an upgrade done and it is on hold reason unknown. She emailed the person that did the upgrade to contact me but no one has contacted me. i phoned cellc again this afternoon without any help. why phone me and then tell me that the upgrade is not in the system. the service from cellc is pathetic.
