I was looking at my billing account for the last month. I picked up a number that repeats. Each call costs me R3.00 and there is 25 calls from 21 Jan 2013 to date. I tried the 173 customer care number to find out what this is all about, but as soon as you select the operator, it says, please hold for the operator and then chirps you that the number you have dialed does not exist.
I am not impressed and would like to talk to someone and get this sorted!
Please note that I do not have the funds to make long lasting PLEASE HOLD phone calls, that is why I tried the free call number!
