This is now my 800th attempt at getting this matter resolved.
I am still being billed for a contract that was cancelled last year already, I have lodged numerous reports to get assistance and the only response is "Funiwe has tried to contact you"

I WILL NOT PAY FOR A SERVICE I DO NOT HAVE!!!
Should I not have a satisfactory outcome by the end of this week, I will lodge an official complaint with the Consumer Protection Bureau.
