POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

LODGED AN BILLING /ACCOUNT QUERY 24/01/2013 TO DATE 19/02/02013 ABSOLUTE NO FEEDBACK FROM CELL C.EACH TIME YOU SPEND TIME CALLING THE CALL CENTRE., I HAVE BEEN TOLD THAT THE CASE IS" ESCALATED "BUT NO ONE BOTHERS TO GIVE YOU SOME FEEDBACK TO THE QUERY AFTER THE CASE IS" ESCALATED."(THE COMMON TERM USED BY CELL C CONSULTANTS) THE TURN AROUND TIME FOR A QUERY TO DEALT WITH IS 48 HOURS .ONE MONTH LATER... STILL NO FEEDBACK.
I HAVE SPENT THE MIN OF ABOUT 20 MINS PER SESSION ON THE LINE JUST WAITING ON THE LINE TO SPEAK TO A CONSULTANT AND YET SPEND MORE WASTED TIME TOLD THAT THERE IS NO FEED BACK AS YET.
CUSTOMER SERVICE RATE ZERO .I AM TOTAL DISSATISFIED AND AM CERTAINLY NOT IMPRESSED WITH CELL C .I CERTAINLY REGRET TAKING BOTH MY CONTRACTS WITH CELL C .RIGHT FROM THE START OF THE CONTRACTS I HAD ONE ISSUE AFTER ANOTHER
PS I DONT HAVE THE PATIENT OR TIME TO DEAL WITH ANOTHER CONSULTANT OR WAIT FOR A SUPERVISOR TO CALL ME BACK .THIS IS POOR, POOR, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE .
COULD SOMEONE RESOLVE THIS ASAP
