No communication - tarnished record

Cell C does not communicate with their clients.
They have not sent me any statements since my last payment which was in August 2012. No letters, nothing at all. I did advise the new account number they need to debit from in the future. They did not do that. If I had not taken it upon myself to phone in, i would not have found out that my account has been handed over; I had no idea how much I am owing. I now have a tarnished record because of Cell C. This is unacceptable. I do have a right to a monthly statement and since I have not been receiving I am blind to the fact that my name is getting dirty, courtesy of Cell C. I mean really now and then i'm am supposed to recommend a company that works like this? The consultant that i spoke to today, unfortunately i have forgotten her name, she was wonderful. Big up girl for the wonderful service. I even waited for the survey line because of her good service. Please keep it up. Cell C as a company, you truly have disappointed me.
