Cell C

I bought a sim, loaded R310 (2GB) data on it, just to find out that despite on the Cell C website it shows i have full coverage in my area, i cant connect. I've contacted Cell C numerous times now to resolve this, each time you have been less than helpful, basically its MY fault it doesn't work, i was told to buy a Cell C 3G modem and it will fix the problem, so i did. i had THE EXACT SAME ISSUE!!! i demanded in emails (that were ignored) that i get a full refund on everything if the modem doesn't work. I went to return the modem (within 7 days of purchase) and i was refused a refund as there must be an investigation. So, now i have a sim i cant do anything with, Cell C has my modem, and R960 of MY money!! I have never been this angry, I hate dealing with Cell C now, i expect my money back, ALL OF IT! Does Cell C not care about customers at all?
