It's been a week since I complained on hellopeter about a messup with my telephone line from telkom's side.
On Thursday a lady from telkom called me to say that a Telkom technician will be phoning me and will sort it out and will reinstate my wiya wiya line as I paid for it to be moved and not disconnected as per my complaint on Monday 11 Feb 2013
Obviously there is no one worried or taking the time to follow up so I will complain and take things further until someone actually takes the time to respond to my complaint and not just paa the buck...
My reference is ARS 221732.
Not sure if that means anything as I have sent [Email Removed] a few emails. I get read reports but NO response.
Why is TELKOM ignoring me? Why must I wait so long for my correct line to be reinstalled that Telkom messed up... WHY? WHy? WHY?..Telkom, like many other SERVICE PROVIDERS need to "action" their promises and need to realise that there is COMPETITION out there...
Why do we get endless POOr SERVICE from Telkom? Why did TELKOM install teh INCORRECT SERVICE at my residence. WHY? Can anyone answer me? Why?
I would like the correct line installed that I paid for (WIYA WIYA)... FURIOUS CUSTOMER
