I had some queries regarding roaming charges on my cellphone bill, so back in September I guess, I went in to the office in Sandhurst and discussed the matter with Riaz. He was most helpful and understanding, and agreed that a credit should be passed. The amount was at least R192.60. Subsequently that contract came to an end and I took out a new month-by-month Straight up contract. I have never received this credit. I sent Riaz an email on 18 October following up, but have since heard nothing. I'd appreciate some feedback on this matter. Unfortunately I don't have a reference number, no any record of my discussion with Riaz, but he did put through something on the system to specify that a credit should be passed.
