MTN Never notified me about the problems they had

On the 26th January 2013 i booked my phone in for repairs and was told it takes 15 working days to get back. I still haven't received my phone.
I called them Friday to find out my phone was only booked in at repairs on the 13th Feb 2013! The thing that me off is that no one even tried contacting me! Kashiv told me on Friday he will call me back today but decided to take leave today!
I am so off as that phone i use for business usage and my work is at a standstill thanks to MTN!
I am so disgusted in MTN and will never take a phone out at Westgate mall branch again
MTN BIG TOE!!! I AM SO FURIOUS I FEEL LIKE GOING TO MTN AND COLLECTING A BRAND NEW PHONE AS THIS IS NOT MY PROBLEM. I just called repairs and was told my phone was not seen to yet!!!
PATHETIC!!!
