Hi MTN!!!
You canceled my contract in October 2012 as you could not provide a data connection.
Your technical department came out to my house about 3 times.
At the end the coverage department told me they can't help me and will cancel my contract without penalties as they cant fix the problem. Now i check on my credit list that you have listed me and that i am given over to the legal department? I phoned a few times after the contract was canceled to confirm that my contract is canceled and every time they said yes the contract is closed. I asked every times for a confirmation i never received. Can you please sort this out. I phoned your accounts this morning and was told it's not there problem and cut me off!!! Your legal department said i need to sort it out with coverage. And the person who helped me in coverage keep on putting the phone down.
I think i must contact the consumers act as you guys at MTN don't know what you are doing!!!
