I upgraded my cellphone contract on Thursday 14 Feb 2013. I did a sim swop but due to technical difficulties the swop was supposedly done via email.By Sunday 17 Feb the sim swop was still not done and according to Banyana (call at 16:54 17/02/2013 ref no. : 97140070) wasn't even logged yet which meant I have to go back to the store again.
This is unacceptable service as I have been a client at MTN for 17 years and expect a level of service which I did not receive.
