I am extremely angry/frustrated at the way you handle my open fault... I logged it on the 9th of January, and I have been calling repeatedly on when this fault will be resolved... All you can tell me "There is a network fault in the area" is that the general excuse you going to use for not caring about my problem... I am paying for a 4MB ADSL line, yet my line on speed test is syncing at 1MB... so basically you have been charging me for a service I don't own... is that not? No one has made contact with me, I have stated this line is a business line... I have called your call centre asking to speak to a manager/supervisor and I just get redirected or hung up on. I actually have no where to turn as you are the only one who can offer so called stable internet (cable) in my area... My fault is : 1359CRK090113
