Can't make a PLAN!!

Firstly: Walk into shop, wait 10 minutes to be served (not busy - just have 2 operators tending to one customer)

Secondly: After waiting, try find where there is network coverage, and whether my local area's are covered. This takes a further 10 minutes to extract coverage on 3 areas!

Thirdly: Buy two data packs and one (the last one in stock - see below for details on second modem) 7MB/s modem. Upon paying, their card machine is faulty and have the cheek to request that I withdraw R4000 cash. After insisting to check machine, get card machine to work, and pay for goods.

Finally: After asking where I can get other modem as they don't have any stock of their 21 MB/s 3G modems. Settle on lower speed of 7MB/s only to be told they have 1 in stock!!! Then get told to go to the Telkom store downstairs after confirming that they HAVE stock. After walking down to Telkom to see there is a large queue, I return to the 8ta store to ask whether they can make a plan to get it from them. NO CAN DO! Is 8ta really part of Telkom?!!!

1.5 hours and R4000 later, zero patience left, still no solution...
