I have a topup contract with Vodacom, I also have Blacberry Services on my phone which allows me to browse for free at a total cost of 59 Rand a month. During the course of the morning of the 11th Jnauary 2013, I was browsing on my phone and all of a sudden all my airtime was used up. It was then that i realized the Balckerry icon was not on reason unknown as to why unless Vodacoms network went down again. Hence i assume that due to the bb icon not being on the data used for browising was deducted from my airtime balance. No indication on the phone or nothing just all airtime used up. I tried to phone the call centre and 20min no answer. I SUGGEST YOU REFUND ME MY AIRTIME VODACOM
