I had contacted cell C for my upgrade mid December 2012 and wanted to upgrade to the iphone 5, the lady told me they would only have stock in three weeks, i did not mind waiting so i had told her that's fine, three weeks later i called again and the guy told me there was never any order placed and i had to reply...

At the end of January i was fed up and told the sales consultant to please upgrade me to the iphone 4s (31Jan) they promptly cancelled my existing contract and did the new upgrade and delivered the new phone on the following Monday (4th Feb) after which i then called the call centre to please activate my sim case number (3020403993) 10 days later and the sim has still not been activated!!! in the meantime my existing contract has been cancelled!!! I phoned the call centre last night again (case number 3021405779) and told them to please activate the sim before 12:00 this after noon (15th Feb) or please collect the phone and i will gladly move to another service provider, it is now 13:45 and i have not herd anything!!!
