I sent my Blackberry phone in for a quote to repair the trackpad, on 17th January, and was toldi would receive an sms with the quote. after week 2 and no sms, I called CellC Carlswald, to get an update, they said "we will look into it"... no response, I called back a week later. We see the repair centre has recieved it and they will send you an sms... still no SMS, I called on Monday 11th February, and was told that Carlswald Cellc cannot see the info on the repair on their system., So i should call 0840140 and ask for repairs, So i call and wait 10 minutes to be transferred to repairs, and was told it would cost R450 to repair, I asked when the quote was generated, and was told 5th Feb. I asked why i was not informed on the 5th and was told the store should have contacted me???!!! So i asked for my phone to be returned as i do not find it economical to repair... and was told it would be at the store on Friday 15th. I called today, Friday 15th and was told, I'm sorry we don't have your phone. Almost 1 month later, I have had to buy another phone to take call in the month that CellC took to tell me how much it would cost to repair my phone... Unacceptable!!! No SERVICE!!!
