Telephone and ADSL business line no service

Our business has had no telephone or ADSL for days on end the second time this month. Telkom has no mechanism available to escalate or follow up other than reporting than an SMS had been sent. Fault number 544CNK130213 is costing us a fortune, while Telkom is happily still collecting rental for no service at all. Something very wrong with that.
